UNION — Mr. Dale K. Beard Sr., 54, husband of Amy “Nicki” Edens Beard of 411 Monarch Highway, Union, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Beard was born in Spartanburg, S.C., Oct. 7, 1958, a son of the late James Victor Beard and Evelyn Louise Carswell Beard. He was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School and was a former textile worker.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Julie Beard of Woodruff; and two sons, Josh Beard of Woodruff and D.J. Beard Jr. of the home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family is at the home, 411 Monarch Highway Union.
