The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrest:
— Christopher Chamberlain, 38, of 100 Monroe Street, Union, was charged with trespassing after notice, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest around 5:25 p.m. on Feb. 5. According to the incident report, officers responded to 110 Chambers Ave. in reference to a trespasser refusing to leave. The report states that officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from Chamberlain. The report also states when Chamberlain was informed that he was being placed under arrest for trespassing, he resisted. He was eventually handcuffed and transported to Union County Jail.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incident:
— A resident of Hoyt Drive, Union, reported on Feb. 5 that her children had seen an unknown subject inside of the residence, and the subject then ran out of the residence. The subject was not identified.
