— Robbie Todd Leonard, 52, of 104 Mill Ave., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 29.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest:
— Jonathan Maurice Collins, 20, of 113 Windy Hill Road, Union, was charged with resisting arrest, driving without a license and reckless driving on Jan. 30.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incident:
— A resident of Oak Grove Road in Union reported on Jan. 29 that someone had vandalized her vehicle by cutting the back window of her Jeep. According to the incident report, officers observed and photographed a hole — approximately six inches in length — cut into the back plastic of the Jeep’s soft top. The damage was estimated at $200.
