THE JONESVILLE TOWN FESTIVAL will be held from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Main Street in the Town of Jonesville. There will be a car and bike show; musical performances throughout the day; a petting zoo, pony rides and games for the children; clowns and face painting; and food and other vendors. THE UNION LIONS CLUB will host a Candy Days Donation Drive. Lions will be giving away candy for donations at the Union County Stadium from 5:30 p.m. until game time, prior to the Union County High School Yellow Jackets football game against Broome. Funds raised during the annual donation drive directly support state and local programs that assist the underprivilevged with eyeglasses and hearing aids. These donations also fund a Mobile Health Screening Unit, eye surgeries, and camps for blind youth. For more information, please call 426-8871.
