LANCASTER — Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Clayton Quinn, 70, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013 at Springs Memorial Hospital.


She was born Sept. 4, 1943 in Concord, N.C., a daughter of Willene Lackey Clayton and the late Marvin Dexter Clayton. Mrs. Quinn was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and was a retired x-ray technician. Becky was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister. She enjoyed old movies, shopping and was a long-time Gamecock fan. She loved country and gospel music. Most of all she loved Rambo and Indy, her two favorite pets.


A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Quinn will be held Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Todd Robinson and the Rev. Mary Green officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.


Mrs. Quinn is survived by her husband, Jimmy Quinn; two sons, Thomas Mullis of Lancaster and Todd Mullis and his wife Jessica of Summerville; three daughters, Teresa Hammond and her husband Roger of Heath Springs, Susan Plemons and her husband David of Matthews and Ginger Cranor and her husband Bobby of Indian Land; her mother, Willene L. Clayton of Lancaster; two sisters, Vickie Baker and her husband Jimmy and Anne Evans and her husband Lonnie, all of Lancaster; a sister-in-law, Lynn Sumner and her husband Sammy; her grandchildren, Casey Stout and her husband Matthew, Drew Ake, Trevor Hammond, Payton Ake, Emily Plemons, Kaylah Cranor, Kierstin Cranor, Austin Plemons, Kamdyn Mullis, Caden Cranor, and Haylee Sue Mullis; nieces, Kimberly Hoover and husband William, Khristy Caskey and her husband Joey; and her pet, Indy.


She was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Mullis.


The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Willene Clayton, 1618 Maple Lane, Lancaster.
