Sims falls to Gable

ROEBUCK — The Sims Middle School boys basketball team fell to Gable Middle School with a final score of 60-28.

Sims Coach Darryl Phillips said Desman Kershaw played extremely well despite some small injuries, leading in scoring with 14 points. Dudley Thompson and Quadrik Thompson had four points each, and Shyric Hampton and Caleb Vanderford had three points each.

Phillips said the Tigers have three more regular season games to go, and he is still looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.

The Sims Tigers travel to Fairforest Middle School in Spartanburg today for their last away game of the season.
