UNION — Persons interested in developing a resume′ and saving it onto a free flash drive are encouraged to attend a Resume′ Clinic at the SCWorks Union office on Thursday, May 8.
SCWorks Upstate Project Director Johnnie-Lynn Crosby announced that the clinic is designed to assist Union County residents who need a resume′ and the means to store it.
“SC Works Union is hosting its first ever Resume Clinic on May 8 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.,” Crosby said. “We hope this will provide an opportunity to local residents in need of resume′ assistance. Everyone who attends to develop a resume will have the opportunity to save their resume to a flash drive they can keep.”
Persons who want to participate must first register online at www.scworks.org prior to the start of the clinic. They must also bring to the clinic their employment history including:
• Dates of employment
• Professional email address
The clinic is on a first come/first served basis.
