Entertainment for this year’s meeting will be provided by the Abbey Elmore Band. American Idol semi-finalist Ali Henderson will sing the national anthem. The Broad River Antique Power Association will also be on hand displaying their priceless collection of tractors and equipment from days gone by. Santee Cooper’s Power Line Hazard Awareness Demonstration will provide onlookers with a firsthand look at the power and danger of electricity. Children and adults will also be able to meet CFL Charlie.
All members are encouraged to bring a valid form of identification to be eligible for prizes.
Doors to the auditorium will open at 8 a.m. The business meeting will begin at 10 a.m. Prize drawings will take place throughout the meeting. The drawing for the trucks will occur at the beginning and the end of the business meeting.
