Two people were taken to West Georgia Medical Center after a wreck that occurred Monday morning.

According to LaGrange Police Sgt. Delton Armstrong, at about 10: 23 a.m., the driver of a Chevrolet Avalanche was heading in the east on Broad Street when a Chevrolet Trailblazer driving on North Lewis Street struck the front side of the Avalanche at the four way stop light near Hutchinson Traylor Insurance. Armstrong believes that the driver of Trailblazer ran the red light.

Both vehicles sustained severe front-end damage.

The condition of both drivers were unavaliable at press time.
