The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge John C. Hayes III of York in General Sessions Court last week:


• Carl Hall Jr., 138 Pine St., Buffalo, to possession of marijuana first offense, six months suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served; to possession of methamphetamine, three years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.


• Andrew Ivey, 3883 Whitmire Highway, Union, to possession of a Schedule III narcotic, six months; to possession with intent to distribute marijuana first offense, 30 months; to possession of a gun by a person convicted of a violent crime, 30 months, sentences to run concurrently.


• Brittany Lawing, 170 Geddes Road, Spartanburg, to possession of methamphetamine, three years suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served.


• John Roof Jr., 546 W. White St., Chester, to unlawful dispensing of drugs, time served.


• Michael Gist Jr., 144 Gist Quarters Road, Union, to use of a fiream while under the influence, two years suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served; to assault and battery second degree, two years suspended upon one year probation; to criminal domestic violence first offense, 30 days suspended, sentences to run concurrently.


• John Wesley, 948 N. Church St., Spartanburg, to driving under the influence fourth offense or more, two years with credit for time served; to driving under suspension third offense or more, two years with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.


• Bobby Black, 726 Rice Avenue Extension, #12D, Union, to possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, six months suspended upon one year probation; to possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, six months suspended upon one year probation, sentences to run concurrently.


• Bobby Black Jr., 2611 W. Springs Highway, Jonesville, to driving under the influence second offense, time served.


• Wendell Brannon, 121 Woodlawn Avenue, Union, to petty larceny and burglary second-degree, sentences deferred until Feb. 3.


• Caleb Hudson, 745 Evins Road, Pauline, to violation of S.C. gun law, one year suspended upon three years probation.


• Deon Thompson, 1007 Santuc Drive, Carlisle, to criminal domestic violence first offense, time served.
