The following persons pleaded guilty last week in General Sessions Court before Judge Michael Nettles of Florence.


James Chitwood II, 59 McDonald St., Whitmire, to possession of methamphetamine, three years suspended upon nine months probation.


Tuesday Hill, 102 Pond St., Union, to distribution of a Schedule IV narcotic, three years suspended upon one year probation.


Dale Hogan, 3322 Polkbill Road, Shelby, N.C., to distribution of a Schedule IV narcotic, three years suspended upon one year probation.


Joshua Jeter, 210 Goins Lane, Union, to two counts of petit larceny less than $2,000, 18 days on each count with credit for time served; to burglary second-degree, 18 months suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served; to burglary second-degree (non-violent), 18 months suspended upon one year probation, sentences to run concurrently.


Bruce Magner, 237 Haas St., Union, to two counts of grand larceny over $2,000, five years with credit for time served on each count; to four counts of burglary second-degree, 15 years suspended upon five years and five years probation with credit for time served on each count; to petit larceny, 30 days with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.


Leslie Russell, 237 Haas St., Union, to three counts of accessory after the fact of burglary second-degree, five years suspended upon three years and five years probation with credit for time served on each count; two counts of accessory after the fact of grand larceny over $2,000, five years suspended upon three years and five years probation with credit for time served on each count, sentences to run concurrently.


Robert Sisk, 624 Sonoco Road, Lot 7, Union, to attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, 30 months with credit for time served.


Charles Wood Jr., 1314 W. Main St., Union, to burglary second-degree (violent), six years with credit for time served; to grand larceny over $2,000, six years with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.


William Rodgers, 1217 W. Springs Highway, Jonesville, to use of a vehicle without owner’s consent, 60 days with credit for time served.


Natasha Arnold, 201 Hill Top View, Union, to burglary second-degree, to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, three years with credit for time served on each count, sentences to run concurrently.


Secrea Arnold, 201 Hill Top View, Union, to distribution of crack cocaine first offense, one year with credit for time served; to burglary second-offense, one year with credit for time served; to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, one year with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.


Jamie Brannon, 1418 Peach Orchard Road, #9, Union, to grand larceny over $2,000, to distribution of a Schedule II narcotic, to distribution of cocaine first offense, 40 months with credit for time served on each count, sentences to run concurrently.
