The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— April Dawn Worthy, 28, of 101 Hampton Avenue, Union, was charged with driving under suspension around 9:30 p.m. Mar. 3.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incidents:
— A resident of Industrial Park Road, Union, reported on March 3 that someone had been using her social security number. The case was turned over to investigations.
— An employee of 1st Franklin Financial, located at 310 North Duncan Bypass, Union, reported on March 3 that someone had deposited counterfeit money. The employee realized he had a counterfeit $20 bill when he tried to deposit it at Arthur State Bank. The money was brought to 1st Franklin between 8 a.m.-1 p.m. March 3. The case was turned over to investigations.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Andrea Gregory Roberts, 33, of 522 Mt. Tabor Church Road, Union, was charged with third-degree assault and battery and resisting arrest around 7:50 p.m. Mar. 3.
— Tammy Ivey Lawson, 29, of 120 Fairforest Heights, Lockhart, was charged with driving under suspension around 12:35 p.m. Mar. 3.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— The owner of a property on Times Blvd., Union, reported on Feb. 28 that someone cut a fence on the property some time between Jan. 28-Feb. 28 in what appeared to be an attempt to gain access to the property.
— A resident of Mt. Joy Church Road, Jonesville, reported on March 3 that his vehicle was vandalized. Officer observed what appeared to be red spray paint on the rear windshield, trunk, hood and doors of the vehicle. Damages were valued at $1,500. The case was sent to investigations.
