The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest:
— Devarius Marcel Rodgers, 17, of 620 Kelly Road, Union, was charged with breach of peace around 8:20 a.m. Feb. 4.

— A resident of Rainbow Lane, Jonesville, reported on Feb. 4 that he was out of town between Jan. 26-Feb. 3, and when he returned home, he noticed several items were missing. Missing items included a Masonic ring valued at $400, a Shriners belt buckle valued at $50, various DVDs valued at $150, a make-up kit with hair straightener valued at $25, an eight-count limited edition knife set valued at $200, and medication.
— A resident of Cudd Lane, Union, reported on Feb. 4 that several items were missing from a building on her property. Missing items included a set of various hand tools valued at $300, a power tool battery charger valued at $100, and a 46-inch TV valued at $1,200. Signs of forced entry included shattered glass on the back door of the residence, as well as a broken handle and bent frame on the screen door. The case is under investigation.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrest:
— Mindy Nicole Berry, 22, of 104 Wardlaw St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 3:40 p.m. Jan. 31. According to the arrest warrant, Berry engaged in a physical altercation with a woman, during which she was loud and boisterous, at Dairi-O, located on Thompson Blvd., Union.
