The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrest:
— Amber Danielle Poole, 19, of 205 Erwin Avenue, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 11 p.m. Oct. 29. According to the incident report, Poole pushed a lit cigarette into a man’s skin, under his left eye, during an argument.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incidents:
— A resident of Perrin Avenue, Union, reported on Oct. 29 that someone had scratched her car while it was parked at her residence between 1 a.m. Oct. 28 and the time of the report. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $300.
— The manager of Pizza Hut, located at 319 North Duncan Bypass, Union, reported on Oct. 29 that someone used a counterfeit $20 bill as part of payment for two pizzas which were delivered. The restaurant and police have been unable to identify the person who placed the order. Officers spoke to someone at the address of the delivery who was not the person to whom the pizza was delivered, and he did not know who ordered a pizza at that address.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests made between Oct. 29-30 regarding older cases:
— Michelle Ann Lee Rohm, 28, of 1554 West Springs Highway, Jonesville, was charged with petit larceny around 11:30 p.m. Oct. 29. According to the incident report, Rohm stole a .38 caliber revolver valued at $300, a .44 caliber Blue Steel Ruger Black Hawk revolver valued at $1,000, a .44 caliber stainless Ruger Super Red Hawk revolver valued at $1,000, and a SKS military style rifle valued at $250 from a Jonesville resident in April.
— Larhett Anthonia Stevens, 27, of 552 Edwards Road, Carlisle, was charged with assault and battery around 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29. According to the incident report, Stevens assaulted a woman on Lucy Boler Road, Union. The report states the woman was a passenger on a moped, and Stevens ran her off the road, causing her to fall into a tree and bump her head on Oct. 22.
— Vicki Denys Smith, 38, of 200 South Enterprise St., Union, was charged with breach of trust on Oct. 30. According to the incident report, Smith cashed a check from an insurance claim for $3,995 to have her roof repaired after hail damage, but she did not get the roof repaired.
— Dylan Cole Lanier, 22, of 207 Second St., Union, was charged with receiving stolen goods around 7:40 p.m. Oct. 29. According to the incident report, Lanier stole $1,239 worth of fireworks from a stand on Lockhart Highway, Union.
