The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Ricky Dean Thompson, 54, of 114 Jasper St., Buffalo, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription medication around 7:40 p.m. Sept. 5.
Misty Gale Palmer, 30, of 233 Lower Fairforest Church Road, Union,, was charged with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia around 7:35 p.m. Sept. 5.
Lauren Hope Howell, 22, of 220 Lawson Avenue, Union, was charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia around 7:35 p.m. Sept. 5.
According to the incident report, officers were advised by dispatch that an anonymous caller stated illegal drug activity was taking place at Thompson’s residence. Thompson gave officers permission to search the residence, and Palmer and Howell each admitted they had drugs in their possession. Officers located a bottle containing 100 tramadol pills in Thompson’s bathroom.
Officers searched Palmer’s purse and located two syringes and a pink handled spoon with two partially melted white pills on it, which Palmer stated were Loratabs. Officers searched Howell’s purse and located three empty orange capsules, two pipes with tape on the end, and one silver spoon with a partially melted substance on it and a syringe containing liquid. Howell advised that she cooked Adderalls and that is what was in the syringe.
All three subjects were transported to Union County Jail.
— Martez Ritwan Rodgers, 29, of 1821 S. Jonesville Highway, Union, was charged with breach of peace around 3:05 p.m. Sept. 5.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrest:
— Crystal Danielle Stephens, 22, of 125 Dana Tara Lane, Buffalo, was charged with shoplifting around 9:35 p.m. Sept. 5. According to the incident report, Stephens attempted to steal $84 worth of clothes from Wal-mart in Union.
