The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Christopher Lamor Hill, 31, of 108 West Cohen Street, Union, was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and breach of peace around 4:25 a.m. June 19. According to incident reports, Hill caused a disturbance at an address on Peach Orchard Road, Union, before he was stopped in traffic by another officer and charged with DUI and resisting arrest. A report states Hill refused to get in the patrol car after being arrested.
— Jeffrey Lee Davis, 41, of 1016 Bent Tree Lane, Columbia, was charged with no tag on the vehicle he was driving around 11:10 p.m. June 18.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Kenneth Steven Lipsey Sr., 47, of 145 Allen Street, Pacolet, was charged with petit larceny and breaking into a motor vehicle around 10:25 p.m. June 18.
— Jeffrey Lee Davis, 41, of 1016 Bent Tree Lane, Columbia, was charged with petit larceny around 11:10 p.m. June 18. According to the incident report, Davis took a $20 bill out of a man’s car and then ran back to his own car and drove off. The incident report states it took place at a gas pump at Lil Cricket, located at 803 South Pinckney Street, Union. The victim attempted to chase the vehicle, but he was advised to return to the scene of the crime after calling 911.
— Terry Spears, 56, of 445 Eisontown Road, Jonesville, was charged with drawing in affray around 10:25 a.m. June 18. According to the arrest warrant, Spears pulled a knife while walking toward a man during an argument which occurred in the parking lot of Walmart, located at 513 North Duncan Bypass, Union.
