The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Christin Lynn Clark, 26, of 104 Baber Street, Union, was charged with driving under suspension around 9:50 p.m. June 13.
— Jordan Tyshawn Harp, 18, of 131 Forest Circle, Union, was charged with violation of a beginner’s permit and failure to stop for a blue light around 11:40 p.m. June 13.
— Johnny Jerome Jeter, 34, of 214 South Church Street, Union, was charged with driving under the influence and driving under suspension around 4:27 a.m. June 14.
— Raymond Lavonne Flucker, 37, of 118 Rifle Range Road, Union, was charged with driving under the influence around 8 p.m. June 14.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incident:
— A resident of Oakland Road, Union, reported on June 13 that she received a phone call from someone who claimed to be a representative of Cash Net USA. The caller stated that a $1,000 loan would be provided if the complainant could prove she was financially stable by putting $78 on a Green Dot Money Pack card. She did so, and gave the caller her information. The caller then began asking for more money and information, and the complainant refused. She also asked for a refund of her $78 and was told no. She has not been able to contact the company since, and all of her calls have been directed to voicemail.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Marcus Shermain Byrd, 30, of 101 Kelly Road, Union, was charged with open container around 2:35 p.m. June 14.
— James McArthur Spears, 33, of 241 Garden Way, Rock Hill, was charged with open container around 2:33 p.m. June 14.
— Robert John Keisler, 50, of 113 Carolina Avenue, Union, was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny around 3:20 p.m. June 14. According to arrest warrants, Keisler stole two air conditioning units from a property on North Church Street, Union, between Aug. 19-Sept. 6, 2013.
