The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:


— Kegan Lee Roberts, 24, of 254 Farrow Road, Jonesville, was charged with malicious damage to county property and failure to stop for a blue light around 12:05 a.m. May 19. According to the incident report, an officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop, and Roberts refused to stop his vehicle. He pulled into a driveway on Meansville Road, and then backed out, striking the officer’s patrol car. The report states Roberts then drove into a field and through a gate and several fences before jumping out of the vehicle and running into the woods. The officer pursued Roberts on foot and arrested him.


— Shauna Molette Hund, 21, of 136 Pine Street, Buffalo, was charged with trespassing around 5:30 a.m. May 18.


Carmella Rochelle Garcia-Brown, 22, of 130 Highland Drive, Union, was charged with trespassing around 5:30 a.m. May 18.


Jason Blake Butler, 19, of 136 Pine Street, Buffalo, was charged with trespassing, minor in consumption of alcohol, breach of peace, and resisting arrest around 5:30 a.m. May 18.


Alex Trent Lominick, 20, of 23389 Hwy. 121, Whitmire, was charged with minor in consumption of alcohol and trespassing around 5:40 a.m. May 18.


William Clinton Brown Jr., 23, of 130 Highland Drive, Union, was charged with trespassing on May 18.


Arturo Miguel Navarro, 17, of 199 Taylor Road, Union, was charged with trespassing and minor in consumption of alcohol around 5:30 a.m. May 18.


According to the incident report, officers responded to a burglary and found the six individuals were inside a house in Buffalo. They stated they thought the house was haunted, and they wanted to go ghost hunting. The owner of the house stated no one has lived there for 10 years.


— Russell Spencer Wood, 22, of 1038 Robbs School Road, Gaffney, was charged with reckless driving and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance around 7:40 p.m. May 16.


— Justin Lee Bennett, 29, of 217 Altamont Court, Anderson, was charged with driving under the influence around 11:25 p.m. May 17.


— Amber Chanel Tucker, 29, of 291 Duncan Avenue, Union, was charged with breach of peace and disorderly conduct around 1:41 p.m. May 18.


— Troy Mac Arthur Price, 38, of 805 Deep Water Road, Union, was charged with hindering law enforcement around 10:25 p.m. May 18.


John Anthony Taylor Jr., 33, of 210 Sweetwater Drive, Buffalo, was charged with a family court bench warrant around 11:40 p.m. May 18.


According to the incident report, Price told officers that Taylor had fled from his home. Upon further investigation, however, officers found that Taylor was still inside the home, and they arrested him on a bench warrant.


The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:


— Devin Cody Bates, 20, of Saddle Brook Lane, Buffalo, was charged with driving under suspension around 1:45 a.m. May 18.


— Glenn Scott Hibbard, 33, of 226 Meansville Road, Union, was charged with unlawful dumping around 9:15 a.m. May 16. According to the arrest warrant, Hibbard deposited garbage upon private property (Waffle House, located at 519 North Duncan Bypass, Union) on May 14.


— Lee Sentell Clark, 28, of Flat Drive, Buffalo, was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle around 12:55 a.m. May 18.


— David Daniel Jones Jr., 69, of 114 Sims Drive, Union, was charged with driving under the influence, open container and possession of gambling devices around 10:40 p.m. May 17.


— Heather Nicole Knighten, 25, of 3938 Cross Keys Hwy., Union, was charged with two counts of shoplifting around 4:10 p.m. May 16. According to arrest warrants, Knighten took a dress, a bra, sandals, a purse, various make-up items, nail polish, a toothbrush, and deodorant from Walmart, located at 513 N. Duncan Bypass, Union.


— Lamarwin Deshawn Kershaw, 22, of Simmons Street, Union, was charged with malicious damage to property and petit larceny around 6:30 p.m. May 17. According to arrest warrants, Kershaw took an iPhone belonging to someone else, throwing and breaking it, while at an address on N. Duncan Bypass, Union.


— Kenneth Wayne Sims Jr., 39, of 202 Rogers Drive, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 3:40 a.m. May 18.


— Christine Bell, 54, of 110 New Street, Union, was charged with driving under suspension and failure to yield right of way around 3:20 a.m. May 17.


— Lewis Richard Lloyd Jr., 26, and Tara Vontricia Walker, 24, both of 101 Bowling Avenue, Union, were each charged with unlawful neglect of a child around 10:19 a.m. May 16. According to the arrest warrant, Lloyd and Walker have a minor child who tested positive for a controlled substance via a hair test.


— Curtis Smith Jr., 72, of 304 Rice Avenue, Union, was charged with assault and battery and drawing in affray around 12:05 p.m. May 16. According to arrest warrants, Smith displayed a hook blade knife at a man while in the parking lot of Dixie Curb Market, located at 503 South Church Street, Union. Warrants also state Smith grabbed another man by the collar of his shirt, jerking him by his neck, while sitting in a parked van in the same parking lot.
