The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:


— Christopher Auhn Lee, 20, of 10521 Greenville Highway, No. 4, Wellford, was charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct around 9:50 p.m. April 14. According to the arrest warrant, Lee had inappropriate physical contact with a 13-year-old girl while at Fairforest Apartments located at 221 East Main Street, Union, between Jan. 1-March 31.


— Edwin Matthew Howse, 37, of 280 Lockhart Drive, Lockhart, was charged with disorderly conduct around 11:05 p.m. April. 13.


— Belinda Ruth Worthy, 43, of 100 Lipsey Street, Union, was charged with petit larceny, disorderly conduct and car breaking around 2:30 p.m. April 12. According to arrest warrants, Worthy went to an address on Porter Street while intoxicated, waking up tenants in several apartments. Warrants also state Worthy entered a parked car without permission, and took $80 in cash.


— Joshua Malcolm Armstrong, 21, of 127 Bailey Street, Union, was charged with unlawful use of telephone around 5:20 p.m. February. 12. According to the arrest warrant, Armstrong contacted a man by phone, using profane and threatening language. The warrant stated Armstrong had already been advised during a prior incident not to make further contact by phone or text to the man.


— James Christopher Gist, 35, of 1173 Berry Farm Road, Carlisle, was charged with theft of utilities, two counts of burglary, grand larceny, petit larceny and malicious damage to property around 9:40 a.m. April 11. According to the arrest warrants, Gist entered the Union Department of Social Services after hours between Dec. 22-27 and stole consumer goods and a cell phone, with a total estimated value of $80. Warrants state Gist also stole a 2008 blue Chevy Impala valued at $10,000, registered to DSS. Warrants also state that Gist began living at an address on West Main Street, Union, illegally, and used utilities there — incurring a bill of $925.52 — without permission of the building owner and utility account holder. Warrants also state Gist caused $75 in damage to two windows of the West Main Street building.


— Renard Antonio Jeter, 36, of 116 Wallace Street, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 4:55 p.m. April 14. According to the arrest warrant, Jeter struck a woman in the face several times with his hands while at an address on West Main Street, Union, on Jan. 30.


— Kimberly Ann Jennings, 50, of 309 West South Street, Union, was charged with drawing in affray around 3:20 p.m. April 14. According to the arrest warrant, Jennings pulled a knife on someone while at Lil Cricket, located at 616 West Main Street, Union.


— Natalie Annette Willyford, 17, of 609 Browns Creek Church Road, Union, was charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance around 4:40 p.m. April 13.


— Michelle Sloan Allison, 27, of 253 Williford Road, Union, was charged with attempt to purchase ephedrine and driving under suspension around 2:20 p.m. April. 14.


The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:


— Bryant Tymaine Harris, 20, of 145 TB Drive, Carlisle, was charged with criminal sexual conduct around 3:05 p.m. April 12.


— Kelly Marie Beaver, 36, of 1208 Linersville Road, No. 12, Buffalo, and Crystal Nicole Stewart, 26, of 1208 Linersville Road, No. 14, Buffalo, were each charged with third-degree assault and battery around 5:50 p.m. April 13.


— Adrian Dwayne Wofford, 24, of 1405 Peach Orchard Road, Union, and Cody Sean Ingle, 20, of 431 Pacolet Street, Jonesville, were each charged with third-degree assault and battery around 8 a.m. April 13.


— Jackson Levi Cooper, 20, of 1085 Huntclub Lane, Spartanburg, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 13; Tyler Ray Lawter, 21, of 481 Steward Road, Spartanburg, was charged with breach of peace around 11:40 p.m. April 13; and Yiannis Frank Scordilis, 19, of 119 Brandermill Road, Spartanburg, was charged with disorderly conduct around 11:35 p.m. April 12.


— David Alexander Watterson, 19, of 132 Deerfield Drive, Wellford, was charged with disorderly conduct, consumption and possession of alcohol by person under 21, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor around 11:45 p.m. April 12.


— Adrian Samuel Baumgartner, 19, of 112 Twin Lakes Drive, Moore, was charged with possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance around 8:40 p.m. April 12; and Christian Jacob Daniels, 18, of 118 Beardeen Drive, Duncan, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule IV controlled substance around 8:40 p.m. April 12.


— Collier Bruce Simmons, 24, of 100 Eastland Drive, Woodruff, was charged with an ABC violation around 6:45 p.m. April 12; and Christopher Cody Simmons, 21, of 100 Eastland Drive, Woodruff, was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle around 7:10 p.m. April 12.


— Joseph Welton Adams, 38, of 213 Culp Street, Union, was charged with driving under the influence around 3:32 a.m. April 12.


— Jackie Lee Lanier, 32, of 211 North 1st Street, Lockhart, was charged with disorderly conduct around 8:20 p.m. April 14. According to the incident report, Lanier cursed at children who were playing in the park from his yard.


— Adam Wayne Fisher, 25, of 317 Linersville Road, Buffalo, was charged with third-degree assault and battery around 2:10 p.m. April 14. According to the incident report, Fisher cursed at a woman and shoved her numerous times while at an address on Pine Street, Buffalo.
