UNION COUNTY — Sixteen people are facing a total of 35 drug and other charges brought against them by the Union County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation that involved law enforcement agencies in two other counties.

In a statement released this afternoon, Union County Sheriff David Taylor announced that the Union County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force had charged the following individuals with the following charges:

• Lori McLain, 38, 719 Kelly Road, Union, charged with distribution of methamphetamine.

• Brent Tyson Austin, 40, 306 Railroad Street, Union, charged with distribution of methamphetamine within ½ mile of a school and resisting arrest.

• Daniel Lamarcus Wilkes, 26, 860 South Jonesville Highway, Jonesville, charged with distribution of crack cocaine, distribution of crack cocaine within ½ mile of a park, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of marijuana.

• Timothy Lamar Smith, 25, 120 North Boyce Street, #2A, Union, charged with distribution of methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine within ½ mile of a school.

• Timel Jutell Mack, 27, 683 Rice Avenue Extension, #2B, Union, charged with distribution of marijuana.

• Aliyah Kinsleigh Jade Walker, 18, 1114 West Main Street, Union, charged with distribution of methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine within ½ mile of a park.

• Tuesday Nicole Hill, 40, 100 Morris Circle, Union, charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within ½ mile of a park, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana within ½ mile of a park.

• Chadwick Shane Lawson, 49, 106 Duncan Avenue, Buffalo, charged with distribution of a Schedule II drug and distribution of a Schedule II drug within ½ mile of a park.

• Erica Harley Brown, 23, 208B James Street, Union, charged with possession of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine within ½ mile of a park.

• Angelia Dawn Kelley, 46, 202 Second Avenue, Union, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV drug, and possession of marijuana.

• Marquis Antwon Morgan, 36, 218 Gist Quarters Road, Union, charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within ½ mile of a park, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana within ½ mile of a park.

• Jaaron Brannon, 26, 439 Eisontown Road, Jonesville, charged with possession of crack cocaine.

• Shondrey Kinard, 26, 1177 Berry Farm Road, Union, charged with possession of crack cocaine.

• John Anthony Tucker, 37, 440 Joe Walker Road, Union, charged with Family Court Bench Warrant.

The report states the following were individuals were each charged with one count of possession of marijuana. It states that each was issued a ticket and released at the scene. They are:

• Christopher M. Wise, 28, 121 Barnado Road, Union

• Daniel Cody Greer, 24, 106 Duncan Avenue, Buffalo

The press release states that the investigation that lead to the arrests and tickets was conducted by the Union County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Chester County Sheriff’s Office and the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Units.

It states that for the past several months, the Union County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office and the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office to share information, manpower, and resources in an effort to combat drug crimes and other organized criminal activity that spans throughout these counties.

“We have been very pleased with our partnerships with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office and the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and this is an example of the success that law enforcement can have when working together and sharing information,” Taylor said.
