UNION COUNTY — The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge John C. Hayes III of York in General Sessions Court this week in the Main Courtroom of the Union County Courthouse.

— Christopher Lynn Bradburn, 318 Railroad Street, Union, to attempted petit larceny third or subsequent offense, one year with credit for 89 days already served and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs.

— Stacy Lynn Gregory, 1362 Monarch Highway, Union, to habitual traffic offender, three years suspended upon 60 days and two years probation with credit for one day already served and to pay $618 in fines and court costs; to driving under suspension third offense, 60 days with credit for one day already served and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs, sentences to run concurrently.

— Travis Sentell Johnson, 180 South Pine Lake Drive #4C, Spartanburg, to shoplifting (enhanced), 10 years and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs; to shoplifting (enhanced), 10 years and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs, sentences to run concurrently.

— Christopher Tony Lamb, 889 Hawkins Road, Union, to failure to register as a sex offender third offense, five years suspended upon three years with credit for 132 days already served and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs, sentence to run concurrently with probation revocation sentence.

— Amber Dawn Nelson, 137 North Church Street, Union, to first offense distribution of marijuana, two years suspended upon time served and to pay $798.25 in fines and court costs.

— Elizabeth Dawn Stephens, 167 Pasture Drive, Union, to grand larceny $2,000-10,000 (enhanced), 18 months with credit for 147 days already served and to pay $128.75 in fines and court costs; to habitual traffic offender, 18 months with credit for 147 days already served and to pay $103; to driving under the influence first offense, to driving under the influence first offense, time served and to pay $372.86 in fines and court costs; to possession of a controlled substance second offense, time serve and to pay $283.25 in fines and court costs, sentences to run concurrently.

— Dale R.
