God always does what He says He’ll do

Charles Warner | The Union Times We’ve just been through an election in which politicians for a myriad of offices have made an endless number of promises in their quest to be elected. Some of them were successful in their quest and will soon take the offices to which they’ve been elected. Do not be surprised, however, if they deliver on few, if any of those promises. We do not, however, have to worry about the promises God has made, because He always keeps His word, even if it is not in the way we expect it or when we expect it. That’s because while God always keeps His word and does what He says He will, He does so in accordance with His understanding of what our true needs are and addresses them in the way that He knows will most benefit us. God will always keeps His promises to those who truly believe upon Him and place their trust in Him and, this is especially important, have the patience to wait on God’s goodness because it will reach you and bless you the way He knows you need to be blessed.
