Give thanks to Jesus

Church Calendar

Charles Warner | The Union Times On Thanksgiving we are supposed to give thanks for all the blessings we have received, but do we remember to give thanks for the greatest blessing of all and give thanks to the one is that blessing? The greatest blessing of all is the Lord Jesus Christ who gave up everything to live as a human being and become the living sacrifice for our sins, giving all who will accept Him as Lord and Savior eternal salvation. That is the greatest blessing that humans can receive, provided of course that we accept it. For those that do, Thanksgiving is yet another opportunity to give thanks to the one who gave His all so that we might be forgiven of our sins and enjoy eternity in Heaven. So give thanks every day for this blessing and one who made it possible by giving His all and make every day a day of Thanksgiving.
