Eclipse Watch Party Aug. 21

Dr. Allan Charles, History Professor Emeritus at USC Union, will speak about Union history during previous eclipses in the 1800 and 1900s. It will also host an Eclipse Watch Party on August 21 from 1-4 p.m. on the library lawn.

Staff Day

The library will be closed from 9 a.m.-noon on Friday, August 18 for Staff Day.

Upcoming Events

Saturday Storytime will be at 10 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Upcoming dates are August 26 and September 9. Listen to music, read stories, and have fun! For ages 0-4.

Eclipse Events

We will have an adult eclipse program called Through the Ages: Eclipses in Union on August 14 from 6-7 p.m. at the library. Listen to Dr. Allan Charles, History Professor Emeritus at USC Union, speak about Union history during previous eclipses in the 1800 and 1900s.

Join the library for an Eclipse Watch Party on August 21 from 1-4 p.m. on the library lawn. Bring chairs, blankets, or even have a picnic as we watch the eclipse.

All eclipse program attendees will receive a free pair of eclipse safety glasses!
