NEWBERRY — Ally de Lachica of Whitmire received the Outstanding Biology Education Major Award at Newberry College’s Department of Sciences and Mathematics annual Awards Day ceremony held at the end of the academic school year.
Three Union County area residents have been named to Newberry College’s Dean’s List.
Students receiving recognition on the Dean’s List at Newberry College had to achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale during the semester.
A total of 293 students earned Dean’s List honors this semester. The following students from the Union County area were named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2017.
