UNION — It’s been open for less than two months but the owner of “Top It Off Nail Studio” is already looking to expand her business.

Located at 301C West Main Street, Union, Top If Off Nail Studio held its grand opening on April 10. At the present time it is open Friday and Saturday, but owner Cynthia Lewis said she wants to expand the days of operation and is looking for the necessary staff to allow her to do so.

“I’m looking for nail techs so we can be open Tuesday through Saturday,” Lewis said this past Friday as she got her nails done at Top It Off.

At the present time, the staff of Top It Off consists of nail techs Brioshi Moore and Kirtrice Brewton and Lewis who is herself a nail tech.

While she has decades of experience as a nail tech and has operated her own nail salons before, Lewis said this is the first time she has had employees working under her.

“I’ve been doing nails now for 20 years (and) I’ve worked at a lot of different salons during that time,” Lewis said. “This is my first salon that has other employees. My previous salons were just staffed by me.”

Lewis said she decided to open Top It Off because she saw there was a need in the Union community for the kind of services Top It Off provides.

“I did research and I noticed you have only two other nail salons here and they don’t offer what we offer,” Lewis said. “We do nails and pedicures. We are a full service nail salon. We do designs, junk nails, chrome nails, acrylic work, and 3-D art. We also offer waxings and individual eyelash extensions.”

Lewis urged the public to come and experience all Top It Off has to offer. She said those that do will not be disappointed.

“You will be very satisfied with the services we provide,” Lewis said. “I look forward to serving the community. Just give us a chance to serve you. I look forward to being part of the community for many years.”

Top It Off Nail Studio is open Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. each day. For more information about the nail studio and the services it provides and/or if you are a nail teach interested in working there, call 864-279-7895.
