The following persons pleaded guilty in General Sessions Court before Judge Lee S. Alford of York.

George Carpenter, 111 Grove St., Jonesville, to criminal domestic violence high and aggravated, five years suspended upon 42 months with 61 days credit for time served, two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund.

Damion Farr, 1803 Chambers Ave., Union, to three counts of distribution of crack cocaine first offense, five years supended upon three years with 90 days credit for time served, two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund; to distribution of crack cocaine within proximity of a school, 10 years suspended upon three years with credit for time served, two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund; sentences to run concurrently.

Andrew Ivey, 1348 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to burglary second-degree (non-violent), five years suspended upon five years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund; to simple possession of marijuana, 30 days with credit for time served and five years probation; sentences to run concurrently.

Preston Neal, 116 Renwick Road, Whitmire, to driving under suspension third offense, 90 days weekend service with credit for time served; to failure to stop for a blue light first offense, two years suspended upon 90 days weekend service with credit for time served and one year probation; sentences to run concurrently.

Nicholas Pendergrass, 270 Oakland Road, Union, to distribution of crack cocaine first offense, three years suspended upon one year with 11 days credit for time served, two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund.

Matthew Arnold, 1932 Whitmire Highway, Union, to driving under the influence second offense, one year and $2,100 suspended upon five days with credit for time served, $1,100, and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund.

James O’Shields, 612 Lovers Lane Road, Union, to driving under the influence second offense, one year and $2,100 suspended upon five days and $1,100.

Jeanette I. Stinson, 801 Neal St., Greenwood, to three counts of forgery, five years suspended upon time served, 18 months probation with 90 days credit for time served, and restitution on each count, sentences to run concurrently.

Brian Sumner, 107 Francis Ave., Union, to two counts of petit larceny and one count of grand larceny over $1,000, six years on each count, sentences to run concurrently.

Christopher Williams, 720 Linersville Road, Buffalo, to driving under suspenson first offense, 30 days with credit for time served; and two counts of failure to stop for a blue light first offense, 18 months on each count with credit for time served; sentences to run concurrently.

Chance DeMichael Mobley, 124 Lawrence St., Carlisle, to accessory after the fact to a strong-arm robberry, three years suspended upon two years probation, $500 to the Public Defenders Fund and $500 restitution.

Devonta E. Mobley, 124 Lawrence St., Carlisle, to strong-arm robbery, Youthful Offenders Act incarceration not to exceed six years and $500 restitution.

Rodney Cornelius Whitener Jr., 3513 Janie Glymph Goree Boulevard, Carlisle, to strong-arm robbery, Shock Youth Offenders Act incarceration not to exceed six years and $500 restitution.
