Jared Kyle Harvey, 20, 114 Bates Ave., Union, is charged by the sheriff’s office with pointing and presentting a firearm, two counts of presenting a firearm and unlawful possession of a handgun.
Matthew Paul Alexander, 25, 218 Bailey Road, Buffalo, is charged by the sheriff’s office with unlawful delivery of a handgun.
The two are charged in connection with an incident that occurred between 8 a.m. Aug. 20 and 7:20 p.m. Aug. 21 in Buffalo. The incident states deputies were dispatched Aug. 21 in reference to shots being fired from a vehicle. The victims told the deputies they were standing on Flat Drive when two white males drove by in a tan Chevy truck with a deer decal on the window and a dent on the side. They said the males went by, got out of the truck, covered the tag with a shirt, then came back and fired a gun into the air. The victims said the shooter wearing a black tee shirt was on the passenger side of the vehicle.
While talking to the victims, the report states the deputies got a tip that the truck was at a residence on Bailey Road. The deputies went to the residence and found a tan 1998 Chevy truck with a deer decal and a dent on the side.
The report states Harvey was wearing a black tee shirt and gray shorts. He and Alexander, who the report states was wearing a white tee shirt and plaid shorts, were arrested. Deputies recovered the blue tee shirt the report states was used to cover the truck’s license tag along with two Taurus .380 handguns. The items were found in the truck.
Assault And Battery Second-Degree
A Union woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking a man with a baseball bat Sunday evening.
Luanne Michelle Reynolds, 48, 147 Old English Road, Union, is charged by the sheriff’s office with assault and battery second-degree.
The incident report states that the victim said Reynolds attacked him with the baseball bat while he was at her home. The victim said when he arrived Reynolds began cursing him, then picked up the bat and hit him three-four times on his left arm. The report states the victim had some red marks on his arm.
Another Assault And Battery Second-Degree
An argument over a game of pool that degenerated into violence resulted in three men being charged in the incident.
Eric Shawn Garner, 41, 107 Lovers Hill Road, Union, is charged by the sheriff’s office with assault and battery second-degree.
The incident report states deputies were dispatched to a location in Union in reference to an assault that allegedly took place at a club at 8701 Jonesville Highway, Jonesville. The deputy spoke with Kenneth Hoag who said he and Randy Johnson had gotten into an argument with Garner over a pool game. Hoag said when he left Garner called him over to a vehicle and started hitting him in the head with a pool stick
The deputy spoke with Garner and several people who witnessed the incident and was told that Hoag and Garner argued while they were in the club. Garner said Hoag had come at him with a pool stick in the parking lot and struck him in the head with his fist.
The report states Hoag had a cut on his forehead and the back of his head and also had a broken hand. Garner was taken into custody and charged with assault and battery second-degree. Hoag, 57, 296 Meansville Road, Lot D3, Union, and Johnson, 53, 111 Lake Drive, Union, were issued tickets charging them with disorderly conduct.
Burglary
A Union man is facing charges in connection with a burglary at a hunt camp.
Kyle Matthew Tapley, 30, 1201 Old Buncombe Road, Union, is charged by the sheriff’s office with three counts of burglary third-degree and three counts of petit larceny.
Tapley is charged in connection with an incident that occurred at Hunt Camp at 1153 Old Buncombe Road, Union, between July 1 and Aug. 17. The incident involved several campers being forced open and over $1,000 worth of property stolen including four air conditioners; an extension ladder; knives; a DVD recorder; lights; a DVD player; a converter box; four lanterns; a cook stove; a tent; a sleeping bag; and a plastic case with skinning knives, bone saw and clippers.

Ronnie Edward Lipsey, 42, 328 Spencer Road, Jonesville, charged Monday with unlawful use of telephone.
Chelsea Dawn Carroll, 17, 1437 Peach Orchard Road Lot 6, Union, charged Monday with breach of peace.
