Eric Rico Hall, 22, 400 Jefferson St., Clinton, is charged by the Union Public Safety Department with two counts of stalking.
The warrants for Hall’s arrest states that between July 11-12 he called the two victims via cellphone and with text messages and verbal threats causing them to fear for their lives and those of their family members
The incident report states an officer was dispatched to 120 North Boyce St. July 11 in reference to phone harrassment. The victim told the officer someone had been calling her cellphone all day and when she’d answer they’d either hangup or start calling her an obscene name. She said she’d also received a text message on her phone which said she and her mother would be killed.
The officer told the victim that if she received a call from that number again to call the police. An hour later the officer was again dispatched to the victim’s residence. The report states the officer spoke to another victim who said she too had been receiving calls from the same number.

Campers Vandalized
Vandals did $2,500 worth of damage to five campers at a hunt camp at 1153 Buncombe Road, Union withingthe past two months.
The incident report states a deputy was dispatched to the hunt camp where the victim told him someone had forced their way into his camper. The victim said he’d looked at several other campers and noticed they’d been forced open too. He said nothing was missing from his camper but he wasn’t sure about the others. The deputy photographed five campers that had been pried open with several windows broken as well.
Bicycle Stolen
A man parked his bicycle but when he returned four hours later he discovered it had been stolen.
The incident reports the victim had gone to a business at 1226 S. Duncan Bypass on Aug. 12 and parked his bicycle next to the building at 8 p.m. When he went to get his bike at 2 a.m. Aug. 13 to go home it was gone.
The bicycle is described as a black Fuji model Olympic-style competition bike with a silver stripe and the word Fuji on it. The tape on the left handle is loose and peeling; both handbrakes weather worn; and Olympic decals on the front bar. It is very light, weighing approximately 3 lbs. The owner said he’d recently replaced the tires.
The value of the bicycle is estimated at $500.
Money, Cell Phones Stolen
Locked doors proved no obstacle to the thief or thieves who stole over $400 worth of money and property from a parked car Saturday night.
The incident report states a deputy was dispatched Saturday to meet with the victim who said someone broke into her gray 1995 Ford Crown Victoria by forcing down the rear driver side window and stole several items. The theft occurred sometime between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. while it was parked at a residence at 130 Bentley Town Road.
The items taken include $200 in cash; two Samsung cellphones ($252); an inhaler; and some bottles of medication.
Lost Saddle
An open trailer door caused a Gray Court woman to lose a $1,500 saddle somewhere along Mt. Lebanon Road and Dutchman Creek Road in Bufffalo area.
The incident states the woman was leaving a barrel race at 2236 Lebanon Road Saturday evening when the saddle was lost. The door on the woman’s trailer had been left open and her belongings fell out. She was made aware of the open trailer door at Cross Anchor and went back and recovered all her property except the saddle.
The saddle is described as western-style, light tan with a blue suede seat, basket-woven and hand-tooled with an acorn design and a silver conchon on the right side. The victim said she has also notified the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office in case the saddle turns up there.
Moped Stolen/Recovered
A moped was stolen from and returned to its owner Saturday night after first ending up in the Buffalo Mill Pond.
The incident report states deputies were dispatched just before 11 p.m. Saturday in reference to the moped being found in the pond. The owner said he’d last seen the moped around 9:30 p.m. that evening when it was parked under the shed at his residence at 214 Pine St., Buffalo. The moped, which is valued at $1,000, was returned to the owner.
Arrest

A 13-year-old charged Monday with assault and battry third-degree.
