The incident report states deputies were dispatched late Saturday night to 1226 S. Duncan Bypass in reference to a disturbance in a parking lot. The victim told the deputies that an employee had made a man and a woman leave earlier. They left, but the man came back later wanting to know what the problem was. The man was again asked to leave and the victim said he escorted him out.
Once outside, the victim said the man got into the passenger seat of the beige, four-door car, possibly a Dodge. The victim said the woman was driving and there was a small child in a car seat in the backseat. He said the woman started using profane language toward him and tried to run him over with the car. To avoid being struck, the victim said he jumped behind a truck.
While the victim wasn’t injured, the truck he took refuge behind was damaged by the other vehicle. The victim said the car struck the back bumper of the truck damaging it. He said the plastic headlight cover on the car was broke in the collision.
Damage to the truck was estimated at $50.
The car then left the parking lot going toward the North Duncan Bypass. The driver is described as a white female between 30 and 40 years of age with shoulder length blonde hair. The man with her is described as a white male between 25 and 35 years of age with a sleeve tatoo on one arm.
