The Union County Recreation Department will hold late registration for Flag and Stinger football and cheerleading August 9-13. Each participant will be placed on a team that has available spaces. Each child needs a birth certificate and proof of medical insurance before registering. There will be a $10 fee added to the regular registration fee and fees must be paid at time of registration. Sims Girls Volleyball practice and tryouts will
begin August 16
All girls in 7th and 8th grade may tryout for the Tigers volleyball team. Tryouts begin Monday, August 16 from 3:15 until 5:00 p.m. Players must have proof of a physical in hand to give to coach Duncan. Players without proof of a physical wll not be able to tryout. Girls who had spring physicals at Wallace Thomson Hospital will not need a new physical.
Meet in the gym immediately after school. Players need to bring shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes for practice.
Union County Girls Tennis practice and tryouts

All Union County girls in 7th - 12th grades may tryout for the Yellow Jackets girls tennis team August 9-13 from 6-8 p.m. at the high school’s tennis courts. All players must have proof of a physical before practicing with the team.
