NOTICEThere are two (2) vacancies on the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission which will be appointed by the Union County Council. Applicants should not be employed by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Agency or its subsidiaries and applicants must be residents of Union County. Applicants should be aware that County Council requires members to attend seventy five percent of the meetings each calendar year to remain an active member. Any persons interested in serving on this Commission must fill out a questionnaire which can be picked up at the County Supervisor’s Office or is available on the County’s website at countyofunion.org. The minimum offered wage rate that workers will be paid is $9.87 per hour. Workers must commit to work the entire contract period.
